How we headhunt?
Our service is highly personal, discrete and customised, and it incorporates the following procedures:
1) Consult the client on the company’s objectives and vision and obtain a brief on the job specifications such as title, responsibilities, remuneration package, location, special requirements and even personality traits of the ideal candidate where necessary.
2) Upon the completion of profiling the candidate, an Agreement is entered into.
3) A selection criteria is produced and it will be used in our search for the right candidate. They will be identified from our data base, international network of contacts and inhouse web postings. The confidentiality of the Client will be maintained.
4) Evaluate each candidate and prepare a shortlist of suitable candidates. This process involves reference checks and it may include preliminary interviews by phone, skype or in person. A brief will be prepared for each shortlisted candidate and submitted to the client.
5) Coordinate all interviews and where required assist in making the travel arrangements and visa application for the candidates at a fee.
6) Where requested, assist the clients in formalising the offer of employment. Maintain relationship with both the client and candidates to ensure smooth transaction and progress. We make ourselves available all the time.
